How do I connect Apple Health?

Go to Profile → Apple Health and tap Enable. You'll be prompted to grant HealthKit permissions.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Profile → Subscription and tap Manage Billing. You can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → scroll to the bottom → Delete Account. Your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
