The honest stuff.

Is this really iPhone only?
Yes. We're iPhone only by choice. It lets us go deep on Apple Health integration and keep the experience tight. No Android, no web app, no Apple Watch app yet. If that's a dealbreaker, we'd rather you know now.
What if I don't use Apple Health?
Coach Orion still works. You'll lose the recovery-informed volume adjustments, but per-set coaching, the program engine, RIR autoregulation, and the verdict after every session run the same. Granting Apple Health access is opt-in, partial (you choose which metrics), and revocable.
Do I need a barbell, plates, or a rack?
No. You can run the entire program with just a set of dumbbells and a bit of floor space. A bench unlocks more, and if you own a barbell, power rack, cable pulley, dip station, or pull-up bar, Coach Orion programs around those too. You tell it what's in your gym and it builds to match.
How is this different from a workout tracker app?
A tracker logs your numbers. A program generator writes a plan up front and then steps out of the way. Coach Orion does what a real coach does. Reads what just happened, weighs your recovery, and adjusts what's next. The methodology isn't a PDF you bought; it's the system that runs every session.
Will Coach Orion ever tell me to skip a session?
Yes. If recovery markers and recent session output suggest you're depleted, the verdict will tell you to take an extra rest day or run a shorter session. Pushing through is sometimes the answer, but it's never the default. We don't program to failure and we don't reward grinding.
Does Coach Orion replace a real coach?
No, and we won't pretend otherwise. A good in person coach watches your form, sets your psychology, and catches things no app can. Coach Orion replaces the part of coaching that's about running the methodology (programming, autoregulation, recovery aware adjustments) and does it cheaper, on every set.
Can I cancel during the trial?
